In zweiter Instanz wurde von den K\u00f6lner Richtern die Klage des Zeitungs-Verlegerverbandes (BDZV) abgewiesen. Das Landgericht K\u00f6ln hatte dieser noch stattgegeben, woraufhin ARD und NDR Berufung einlegten. In diesem ersten Gespr\u00e4ch kurz nach der Urteilsverk\u00fcndung erkl\u00e4rte der BDZV-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Dietmar Wolff meiner Kollegin Vera Lin\u00df, warum man weiter klagen
