Koch konnte nie glaubhaft ausr\u00e4umen, dass er Mehrheiten im Auftrag der CDU organisiere, um einen unabh\u00e4ngigen und unberechenbaren Journalisten auszutauschen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><br \/>\nDas Ergebnis ist bekannt. Mit 7:7 Stimmen gab es keine 3\/5-Mehrheit f\u00fcr eine Vertragsverl\u00e4ngerung Brenders, aber eine Menge Diskussion \u00fcber eine politisch motivierte Personalpolitik im ZDF. Paradox: die L\u00e4nder Rheinland-Pfalz und Hamburg reichten beim BVerfG Klage ein, um \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen zu lassen, ob der ZDF-Staatsvertrag Staatsferne garantiere. Letztlich stellte das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bundesverfassungsgericht.de\/entscheidungen\/fs20140325_1bvf000111.html\" target=\"_blank\">Bundesverfassungsgericht am 25.03.2014<\/a> fest, dass die
