Hinter der Kamera gibt es weit weniger Frauen als M\u00e4nner. Nur 12 Prozent der Sendeminuten in der Primetime werden beim ZDF von Regisseurinnen inszeniert, bei der ARD sind es 15 Prozent. Auch in den Filmen hinkt die Fiktion der Realit\u00e4t hinterher. Nur 20 Prozent der weiblichen Rollen spielen arbeitende Frauen, obwohl in Wirklichkeit 40 Prozent berufst\u00e4tig sind. Neben den stereotypen Rollenbilder gibt es auch eine ungleiche Bezahlung.
