Wie frei ist die Presse in Europa? Dieser Frage gingen die beiden Journalisten Daniel Bouhs von ZAPP und J\u00f6rg Wagner vom \u201eMedienmagazin\u201c von Radioeins (rbb) mit einer vierw\u00f6chigen Rundreise nach. Sie besuchten Journalisten in f\u00fcnf L\u00e4ndern der Europ\u00e4ischen Union, die die Organisation Reporter ohne Grenzen in ihrem aktuellen internationalen Pressefreiheits-Ranking innerhalb der Europ\u00e4ischen Union weit hinten listet: <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2hzRNEO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Italien<\/a> (Platz 52), <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2uXBVxB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Polen<\/a> (54), <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2tv7vlv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ungarn<\/a> (71), <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2uOoQIn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Griechenland<\/a> (88) und <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2tsDraX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bulgarien<\/a> (109).<\/p>\n<p>Folgende Gespr\u00e4chspartner erl\u00e4uterten ihre Sicht im Bulgarien-Report::<\/p>\n<p>* <strong>Sevda Shishmanova<\/strong>, Direktorin vom nationalen, \u00f6ffentlichen BNT 1, verantwortlich auch f\u00fcr Filmproduktion. BNT drehte ein fiktionale Serie \u201cDie vierte Gewalt\u201d, die investigative Journalisten bei der Arbeit im Politiker- und Geheimdienstmilieu zeigt. Die Serie l\u00f6ste eine \u00f6ffentliche Debatte um Pressefreiheit aus. Politiker setzten durch, dass BNT mit einer Budgetk\u00fcrzung um 8% bestraft wurden.<br \/>\n* <strong>Vesislava Antonova<\/strong>, Journalistin bei \u201cCapital\u201d, Wirtschaftsjournal, das aus den USA finanziert wird<br \/>\n* <strong>Maria Stoyanova<\/strong>,  Leiterin der bulgarischen Aufsicht f\u00fcr elektronische Medien, CEM. Sie h\u00e4lt die schlechteste EU-Platzierung in der ROG-Liste f\u00fcr ungerecht<br \/>\n* <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2tsDraX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ivo Bozhkov<\/strong><\/a>, Mensch des Jahres 2013 (BG), ehemaliger Blogger, der Polizeieins\u00e4tze gegen Demonstranten live streamte, weil die Medien dar\u00fcber nicht berichteten. Er machte gesetzloses Handeln der Sicherheitskr\u00e4fte \u00f6ffentlich, ging danach in die Politik, um auch hier f\u00fcr eine bessere Situation der Medien zu sorgen. Seit Jahren schon f\u00fchrt das bulgarische Nationalfernsehen BNT das Ranking der Institutionen an, denen man am meisten vertraut. Du wirst auch nicht verpr\u00fcgelt auf der Stra\u00dfe. Oder es wird auch nicht das Auto angez\u00fcndet. F\u00fcr mich ist das wichtigere Problem, dass wenn Du eine Wahrheit ver\u00f6ffentlichst, dass 5 L\u00fcgen gegen Dich gestreut werden k\u00f6nnen. Und das ist das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Problem. Zum zweiten ist es mir nicht transparent genug, (&#8230;) wie wurden die Kriterien erarbeitet? Wer steckt dahinter? Ich kann sagen, was ich will und es gibt kein Problem damit. Man wird nicht gro\u00df verklagt. Das Problem ist: Die wichtigen Neuigkeiten zur Korruption erscheinen nicht, wenn sie in den gro\u00dfen Medien erscheinen sollten. Das zeigt, dass es ein gro\u00dfes Problem in den Printmedien gibt. Die Inhaber der Zeitungen manipulieren die Sichtweise in ihrem Sinne. Daher gibt es keine Meinungsvielfalt.
