Was ist Autorit\u00e4t?<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Kirche, die Armee, die Lehrerin in der Schule all das sind Autorit\u00e4ten, die uns seit Jahrhunderten vertraut sind. Wir alle folgen Autorit\u00e4ten auch im beruflichen Umfeld. Doch was eigentlich ist eine Autorit\u00e4t? Es kann eine sein, die sich in Regeln, in Macht, in Verboten und Geboten ausdr\u00fcckt. Aber eine Autorit\u00e4t kann auch etwas sein, dem wir in Weitblick, viel Wissen, viel Erfahrung und damit auch Entscheidungskompetenzen zuschreiben. Der Philosoph Max Horkheimer spricht in diesem Fall von einer bejahten Abh\u00e4ngigkeit, bei der die Unterordnung unter andere der eigenen Entfaltung dient.
